Thai foot massage is a part of traditional body massage. It has elements of Shatisu, Chinese massage and Yoga incorparted into the massage itself.
The massage of the hands and feet can last up to 20 to 45 mins.
Hands on stretching and massage are used to open SEN energy lines.
A stick can be used to stimulate the reflex points of the feet which correspond to the internal organs of the body.
Thai foot massage stimulates these points to promote general health and well being.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS
The treatment cannot be carried out if any of the following is present. In some cases a GP referral note would be needed.
A client is not to be treated in the first 3 months of pregnancy.
Recent injury/surgery.
High temperature/high fever.
Local infections/contagious skin disorders - verracua/athletes foot.
Treat anthritic and rheumatic conditions with gentleness.
A client will not be treated under the influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medication.
Undiagnosed illness.
Cancer unless by a GP referral note.
Inflammation and osteoporsis.
Diabetes - may have blood clots in the feet. A GP referral note would be advisable.
